Before we begin

A few useful
answers.

Can we start with a small assignment?

Yes. A supplier search, quotation comparison or a specific follow-up task can be a starting point. The scope and fee are agreed after reviewing your requirements.

How are services priced?

Project-based work has a fee for a defined scope. Flexible support is charged according to the agreed workload. Product costs, samples, freight and third-party services are separate unless explicitly included in the agreement.

Can you work with a supplier I already have?

Yes. You can request communication, sample or order follow-up support with an existing supplier. We first review the situation and agree what Sunland will handle.

Does preliminary screening guarantee a supplier?

No. Preliminary screening helps inform your decision; it is not a certification or a guarantee of quality, delivery or compliance. Factory audits, testing and third-party inspections can be discussed as separate work.

Who makes the final purchasing decision?

You do. Sunland supports sourcing and coordination. Supplier selection, specifications, order approval and payment arrangements remain subject to your review and the agreed scope.
